Editing and Customizing Surveys

BoundaryAI allows you to customize and edit your surveys to align with your branding and ensure a seamless participant experience. You can update the survey appearance, messaging, and security settings before publishing the survey.

1. Smart Design Filter

The Smart Design Filter automatically extracts colors from your uploaded logo to generate a cohesive theme for your survey.

How to upload a logo:

1. Upload your organization’s logo (PNG, JPEG, or JPG).

2. The platform analyzes the logo and identifies its dominant brand colors.

3. These colors are automatically applied to your survey’s accent elements (buttons, highlights, UI components).

4. You can manually adjust or override these colors at any time.

Tip: Use a high-quality, transparent logo for a professional look.

Manually Customize

Customize the look of your survey by selecting a background color.

1. Enter a HEX color code in the background color field (e.g., #6851A7).

2. Alternatively, use the color picker to choose a color visually.

Use colors that align with your company’s branding for consistency.

Customize the Post-Survey Message

Set up a custom message to thank respondents after they complete the survey.

1. In the Post-Survey Message field, enter a custom message (e.g., “Thank you for completing the survey!”).

2. The message will appear on the final screen after participants submit their responses.

Keep the message warm and appreciative to encourage future participation.

Security Settings

How to set a passcode:

1. Toggle “Passcode to Answer Survey” to enable passcode protection.

2. Enter a secure passcode in the provided field.

3. Share the passcode with only the intended participants.

Use this feature when sending surveys to a select group to prevent unauthorized access.
