Surveys and data collection workflows in BoundaryAI allow you to gather structured feedback and analyze it in real time. The platform is designed around Feedback Groups, which serve as the central hub for each project whether it’s a student experience cycle, customer satisfaction program, partner evaluation, or employee feedback initiative.

BoundaryAI supports different ways to gather Survey feedback:

  • Create and administer surveys directly through BoundaryAI

  • Upload existing survey datasets (.xlsx or .csv)

All data: surveys, uploads, segmentation fields, and analyses it live inside a Feedback Group, ensuring your organization maintains clean, organized, and long-term project structures.

How to Create an Survey:

  1. Go to the Feedback Group section in the BoundaryAI dashboard and select the feedback group of your choice.

  2. Click New Survey.

  3. Enter a Title and Description to provide context.

  4. Add questions by selecting from different question types:

Single Choice – Choose one option.

Multiple Choice – Allow multiple selections.

Short Answer – Collect brief text responses.

Long Answer – Gather detailed feedback.

Linear Scale (Custom Range) – Capture ratings and sentiments

Net Promoter Score (NPS) – Measure likelihood to recommend on a 0–10 scale.

  1. Rearrange questions and fill in the required fields as necessary.

  2. Configure settings such as aesthetics and closing options.

  3. Click Complete to finalize and generate a shareable survey link.

Use Surveys when you need one-time insights or quick responses

Published surveys generate a shareable link for participants. All responses flow into the Feedback Group’s analytics instantly.
