Creating Surveys & Series

Surveys in BoundaryAI allow you to collect structured feedback from participants, helping you make data-driven decisions. Whether you need a one-time survey or a structured sequence of multiple surveys, BoundaryAI provides flexible options to suit your needs.

You can create either create Individual Surveys or group them within Survey Series:

• Survey Series: A structured group of related surveys designed to track trends over time, keep responses organized, and enable comparative analysis.

• Individual Surveys: A stand-alone survey for one time data collection & analysis

📌 Individual Surveys

Individual Surveys are one-time surveys designed for quick feedback collection on a specific topic. These are useful when you need standalone insights without long-term tracking.

How to Create an Individual Survey:

1. Go to the Surveys section in the BoundaryAI dashboard.

2. Click New Survey.

3. Enter a Title and Description to provide context.

4. Add questions by selecting from different question types:

• Multiple Choice – Choose one option.

• Checkbox – Allow multiple selections.

• Short Answer – Collect brief text responses.

• Long Answer – Gather detailed feedback.

• Linear Scale (1-10, NPS) – Capture ratings and sentiments.

1. Rearrange questions and fill in the required fields as necessary.

2. Configure settings such as aesthetics and closing options.

3. Click Complete to finalize and generate a shareable survey link.

Use Individual Surveys when you need one-time insights or quick responses without ongoing tracking.

📈 Survey Series

A Survey Series is a structured group of surveys that allows you to launch multiple surveys on the same topic, keep them organized in one place, and compare results over time. This is useful for monitoring trends, tracking progress, or analyzing recurring feedback.

How to Create a Survey Series:

1. Navigate to the Survey Series section.

2. Click Create New Series and provide a Name and Description.

3. Open the series and click Administer New Surveys to start adding individual surveys.

4. Each survey within the series follows the standard survey creation steps (adding questions, configuring settings, and finalizing).

5. View comparative analysis between surveys within the same series to track trends and patterns.

Use a Survey Series when you need structured tracking of responses over time, ensuring organized and consistent feedback collection.
