# What's New

* Monitors now cover new sources automatically. Add a source to a feedback group and every monitor with auto-coverage on watches it from its very first analysis. Monitoring setup steps are gone from the upload, agent, and connector flows; there is nothing to configure at import time.
* Score monitors: get alerted when new NPS or rating scores match a condition you set (for example, 5 new NPS scores at or below 6). Pure number matching, so they use none of your AI allowance.
* Evolution Widgets: build your own metric-over-time cards (sentiment, volume, NPS, ratings, choice share, monitor mentions) on a tracked group's Overall view, with segment split, live preview, and per-view half or full width.
* AI Visibility: ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, and Mistral about your brand and analyse their answers, with a visibility scorecard and per-model drill-down.
* Import feedback from thousands of other apps by connecting Zapier to a BAI Analytics API endpoint.
* Put your own logo (plus an optional co-brand logo) on every report format, and save it as your default.
* Redesigned PDF reports for review-platform sources: ratings and trend, low-star reviews to answer, and a customer-voices wall.
* Upload JSON conversation exports holding one conversation or thousands, choose how they become rows, and join an Excel or CSV metadata sheet on a shared key.
* High-volume survey sending: 10,000 included invites per month, or connect your own AWS account and send under your own identity with no platform cap.
* Connect AI assistants to your feedback analytics through a read-only MCP endpoint, authenticated with an API key.

**Improved**

* Agents created from a tracked feedback group now default to Ongoing (weekly), and ongoing agents can set a custom start date for their first look-back.
* Email sending settings moved into the organisation profile, next to the other organisation-level options.
* Detached sources can now be deleted permanently from Manage sources.

**Fixed**

* Excel uploads keep original dates in more edge cases (1904 date system, custom-formatted numeric cells).
* Grouped themes no longer keep the old language after you switch a group's analysis language.
* Source labels and counts on feedback-group pages now match the underlying data.
* Audio transcription automatically retries transient provider errors.
