# Log into your account

#### Logging in

When you are invited, you will receive an email from BAI Analytics to set up your account.

You can log in using any of the following methods:

* Your email address
* A login provider (Google, Microsoft)
* Your organisation’s SSO

### Go to the app

Visit [BAI Analytics](https://app.boundary-ai.com).

### Enter your details

Enter your **email** and **password**, or sign in with **Google** or **Microsoft**.

### Verify your identity (if enabled)

If your account uses two-factor authentication, open your **Authenticator App** and enter the **OTP code**.

### Open your dashboard

Click **Log In** to reach your dashboard.

After logging in, you will be redirected to the Home page, where you can begin creating your first feedback group.

#### Your first sign-in

When you first sign in, BAI Analytics starts with a short onboarding questionnaire.

The first question is **What data do you work with?**

Its subtitle is:

> Select all that apply, we'll customize your setup

Choose any that fit:

* **Surveys & NPS**
* **Support tickets**
* **Social media & Reviews**
* **Excel / CSV files**

The second question is **Who will use this?**

Its subtitle is:

> This helps us recommend the right features for your team

Choose one:

* **Just me**
* **Small team (2–5)**
* **Department (5–20)**
* **Organization-wide (20+)**

Click **Get Started** to finish.

After that, a **Getting Started** checklist stays on your dashboard to guide the first setup steps.

The checklist includes:

* **Create a feedback group**
* **Upload a file**
* **Connect a platform**
* **Set up web scraping**
* **Run your first analysis**
* **Set up Custom Monitoring to track topics**
* **Invite a team member**

Some steps unlock only after the earlier setup is complete. If a step depends on analysis, the checklist explains it directly:

> Run an analysis first to unlock this step.

You can dismiss the checklist whenever you're ready.

#### Cookie preferences

The first time you visit, you'll see the **Cookies on BAI Analytics** banner.

Choose **Accept cookies** or **Reject cookies**. The banner also links to the **cookie policy**.

You can change your choice later from your **Profile** page under **Cookie Consent**.

The controls there are **Allow Cookies** and **Reject Cookies**.

> You can withdraw your consent at any time by updating your cookie preferences on your profile page.
