Surveys

Surveys are questionnaires you build and share to collect new feedback directly in BAI Analytics. This section covers everything you need to create, customise, and run them:

• Creating a Survey: build a survey from scratch or with AI, choose from eleven question types (including dropdowns, rankings, and formatted short answers), add conditional logic, set closing rules, and publish.

• Customizing a Survey: match the survey to your brand with Smart Branding, a custom colour and font, translations, a passcode, a completion redirect, or an embed on your own website.

• Managing Surveys: organise your surveys inside Feedback Groups, close and reopen them, upload identified respondent lists, and send invitations and reminders by email or SMS.

Together, these turn survey responses into the same themes, sentiment, and Custom Monitoring results as every other source in your feedback group.
