# Organization Hub

If you belong to more than one BAI Analytics organisation, the **Organization Hub** lets you see and manage them all in one place. It only appears for multi-organisation accounts. It is available on the **Standard** plan and above.

Open it from the main navigation. If your account only belongs to one organisation, BAI Analytics redirects you back to your active workspace instead of showing the hub.

You may also see this surface labelled **Organization Management**.

### What you see first

At the top of the page, **Global Overview** totals activity across every organisation you belong to.

It shows three metrics:

* **Total Organizations**
* **Total Surveys**
* **Total Interactions**

Below that, you can browse every organisation in either **Grid view** or **List view**.

### Browsing organisations

Use **Grid view** when you want a visual scan of your workspaces. Use **List view** when you want denser detail. The hub automatically switches to **List view** when you belong to more than about six organisations.

Both views include:

* a search box
* a sort control
* the current **Active** organisation badge

You can sort by:

* name
* most members
* most feedback groups
* most sources
* most interactions

Each organisation shows its members, feedback groups, sources, and whether it is **Active**.

Each organisation also has two actions:

* **Switch**: make that organisation your active workspace
* **Manage**: open its details

### Managing one organisation

Open **Manage** on any organisation to see its detail view.

Each organisation has three tabs:

* **Members**
* **Feedback Groups**
* **Activity**

Use these tabs to inspect who belongs to the organisation, what feedback groups it contains, and how active the workspace has been.

### Bulk actions across organisations

Click **Bulk actions** to work across more than one organisation at once.

Once bulk mode is on, you can use:

* **Select all**
* **Deselect all**

Two bulk actions are available.

#### Invite Members

Choose one or more organisations, enter one or more email addresses, and pick a role:

* **Admin**
* **Member**
* **Viewer**

BAI Analytics then sends the invitations to every selected organisation.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Note:** You must be an org manager to invite members.
{% endhint %}

#### Export

Export data across the selected organisations as one of these reports:

* **Organization Overview**
* **Members Directory**
* **Source Activity**
* **Complete Report**

Use this when you need a quick cross-workspace summary without opening each organisation one by one.

### When to use Organization Hub

Use **Organization Hub** when you manage several workspaces and need one place to manage them all.

Typical use cases:

* switch between client or business-unit workspaces
* invite the same teammate into several organisations
* compare organisation footprint before drilling into one workspace
